I cant help but laugh at the absurdity of the holidays much of the time, and working in retail for coming up on 6 years now definately hasn’t helped the situation at all.
So now the story of why I should get lots of presents from you all for saving the day and helping St. Nick!
We finally finished putting up Robyn’s Etsy after talking about it for what seems like ages but has probably been closer to a year or so. Some cool stuff, just purses for now, but she should have smaller clutch purses and some ipod holders and other stuff up there soon!
Now I just have to get motivated to put one up for myself and start making all the stuff I’ve been talking about making.
Purchased http://www.weinerlicious.com yesterday on a whim. Robyn and I were joking around typing in random .com’s and this one wasn’t purchased so I felt it should be.
Have a better idea of what I want to put on there eventually, but lets just say dancing hot dogs rule!
Sorry to all who may have been subscribed to my RSS feed, I have turned the twitter summary feature back off, just spam really. If you need to follow my twitter in a digest feature, its gobbled up by other mashups on the web, dont need to do it on my blog too.
I really feel like I should be doing something with this space, I’ve said that over and over, I’ve thought it to myself over and over. I really do think that twitter is having a negative effect on me, as many other people have noted it doing the same to them, I think in 140 charecters now, I blog in burst of text from my phone via SMS. When i find a good link, I dont take the time to produce a whole write up about it, instead I post it to my delicious or I just throw it up on twitter for its little bit of fame before I change my status again. How do I fix this? Well I’m not sure on that one, force myself to do better I guess.
I’ve finished up version 2.0 of Greg’s site and its live. Started work on another project with Mr. DK and still have coopertition.net on a back burner, working on an Etsy site for robyn as well as eventually most likely a website for her, there is the fife and drum page for TAFDC that I am supposed to be doing, and so on and so on, the projects keep coming, and as usual this site gets pushed farther and farther to the back of my mind.
I hate the layout again, and want to tear it all the way apart again. blah.
